About 36in36

Beginning July 1, 2019, we will release one project per month, for up to 36 months. Individuals that contribute to a project earn a commensurate amount of equity. Individuals that submit an accepted idea, and the key contributor for each project recieve a small piece of equity in all the projects.

Some perspecitve...

The 36in36 project, is really misnamed. It's real beginning was June 26, 1993. An article from the Buffalo News is here. When I told the reporter I 'had some ideas' for the place, was probably prudent I didn't say, 'might take 26 years, but I have this idea...', but that's where we are. At the time, it appeared like an area that would be receptive to different ideas, and would benefit should the city ever bounce back. Some aspects of both remain true today.

I mention the history just so it's clear, we're not dependent on the first project to be a homerun... or even a bunt single. The space was here long before us, and will be here long after. That's important, because I'm asking you to participate. I'm putting up the space, and the majority of the work on the first ten projects.

Bigger plane, longer run way

The front units of the building are short term rentals. The idea here is two fold. First, it helps pay the bills while we work on the projects 'in back'. Second, it gives us the opportunity to bring in people from around the world that may either have an idea for a project, or be beneficial in some other way.
